Bill Schultz

Bill Schultz has been a local Realtor with Coldwell Banker Heritage House Realtors since 1981.  He is consistently one of the Top Sales Producers every year specializing in Commercial/ Development properties and is well versed in 1031 Exchanges.  Bill has years of experience working with Developers and home buyers from start to finish. He has lived in Durango since 1975 and is a graduate of Fort Lewis College with a degree in Accounting. 

In addition to a very busy Real Estate career, Bill finds time to volunteer in the community.  He is associated with the local United Way Agency on the Community Investment Committee and also participates in the Reading Buddy program at Park Elementary school reading one on one with a student once a week.
