Chris Howe

After living in New Hampshire for twenty years, Chris finally realized her dream of moving to Durango full time, having already built a log cabin on Vallecito Creek in 1996.  Being close to family was the draw---but the beauty, the weather, the wildlife and the lifestyle---It’s what everyone wants! 

Then she experienced the joy of Historic Durango by buying a 100+ year old Victorian and remodeling.

 Investing in real estate properties was her next calling and she created Roxy Properties in 2003, buying, renting, and selling.  She continues to manage her own properties, but decided to become a full time Broker for Coldwell Banker in 2011.  She says joining a team of almost fifty brokers who also love helping people achieve their dreams has inspired her love of real estate even more.

 Her experience includes working with an architectural firm, interior designers, builders and just about every aspect of the real estate professionals, both in New Hampshire and Durango.

 Chris offers both a selling eye and a buyer’s eye with prompt attention to detail.

 In her free time she loves to paint, travel, and hike with her dogs.
