I became a full time Realtor in 2002. I’m very tuned in to the market from the years I have been selling real estate, being the current President of the Durango Association of Realtors, Past President of the Colorado Real Estate Network (six area boards’ MLS system), plus I’ve been called a local economic junkie and write the Durango real estate blog http://heathererb.wordpress.com/. 

My five designations include the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), EcoBroker, Certified Negotation Expert (CNE), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). One of the sales awards I have won include the International Sterling Society award for being in the top 21% of Coldwell Banker agents internationally and last year I was of the top Coldwell agents in the state.   I’m also the Vice Chair of the La Plata County Climate and Energy Action Plan and an advocate regionally for green building.

I moved to Durango from the east coast in 1998 and understand all that goes into making a move whether it’s across town or across country.  Working with me means you're talking to me at all steps along the process and not handed over to an assistant for the details.  Exceptional service is what I deliver -that's the way I work.
