Jason McMillen

 Jason McMillen graduated from Fort Lewis College with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Born and raised in Indiana he fell in love with Durango during College. He has had the opportunity to travel throughout the world, spending time in Europe, Asia, India,  Africa South and Central America. After getting married in 2004 he and his wife decided to settle and start their family in Durango.

 Jason recieved his real estate license in 2005 giving him 6 years' experience in the Durango Market. Jason enjoys doing business and looks forward to the opportunity to serve you. His positive attitude, honesty, and genuine desire to serve his clients has been repeatedly cited by his customers. He believes that excellent service makes the difference, and likes to say " it doesn't feel like work when it feels like service".

Jason also has a passion for serving our community. For the last six years, he has been both a Volunteer Fireman with Durango Fire and Rescue. His role as Lieutenant has allowed him to take a genuine interest and responsibility in the well-being of the community. He also serves as the National Youth Director for the "Art of Living" foundation - a non-profit international organization with the mission of creating violence free stress free communities. In his free time Jason is a passionate outdoorsman and environmentalist. He enjoys fly fishing, hiking, kayaking, and beekeeping, as well as spending time with his wife, Damiane, and daughters, Anya and Mira.
