Joel Devin

In 1979 Joel created and became the original owner of Heritage House Realtors.  The company joined the Coldwell Banker franchise in 1982 and from that time thru the early 2000's Joel guided the company's outstanding growth to becoming now one of the most prestigious brokerages in South-West Colorado.  In 2001 Joel sold partnerships in the company to two other long time employees while retaining a significant interest himself.  Joel moved to Durango in 1978.  In building his Coldwell Banker brokerage here, in addition to residential sales, Joel has been involved in and consulted on numerous subdivisions, developments, investment property, varied commercial property and downtown buildings.  Joel also has previously owned a number of successful restaurants and retail business's in Durango.  Today Joel remains a company partner and integral member of the management team as well as being one of our commercial sales experts.
