Tina Miely

Tina is a graduate of State University of New York at New Paltz with a degree in history and a minor in women's studies.

She moved to Durango in 1995 where she obtained a Teaching Certificate from Fort Lewis College. Tina has been a licensed Broker here at Coldwell Banker since March of 2000. She has worked with a variety of Buyers and Sellers specializing in the historic district of Durango. Tina has been awarded the Silver Society, and Diamond Society awards from Coldwell Banker nationwide.

Bree was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico a true native to the Southwest, Bree received her Bachelors Degree from Durango's Local Fort Lewis College in 2002 as an Exercise Specialist, and completed the course work for her Real Estate License in January of 2006.

She has been involved in the real estate industry since January of 2005 and has had the experience of working with a wide variety of Buyers and Sellers, from First Time Home Buyers to Investors. Bree received the "Rookie of the Year" award in 2007.

Bree and Tina have teamed up to provide a very high level of customer service and professionalism for their clients. Because of their different personalities they bring diverse ideas and multiple strengths to the table, they are able to work with a very broad range of clients. Bree and Tina are a two for one deal. They have both individually and as a team won top agent awards and are top producers at Coldwell Banker.

They both enjoy the four seasons that Durango has to offer, mountain biking, running, hiking, kayaking and snowboarding and skiing.
