Todd Sieger

Todd has been living in Durango since 1988. He is a graduate from Durango High School and earned his degree in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College. He joined Coldwell Banker as the personal assistant to Gina Piccoli in September of 1998. Working with Gina allowed Todd to learn from one of Durango’s top producing agents, learning the business from the inside out.

He became licensed in March of 2000 and has been enjoying working with Buyers and Sellers alike since then. While focusing primarily on residential sales, Todd has a good deal of experience in the local commercial market as well. Todd has an extensive knowledge of Durango and the surrounding area and he works hard for his customers. His hard work has paid off, as he has ranked among the Top Producers at Coldwell Banker Heritage House Realtors since becoming licensed, and has been named a member of Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society.

When not working, Todd enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Kati, and their two children. He is also an avid golfer and also enjoys playing basketball when he has time.
