Rebecca Applegate

As a Durango native, and a real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me. My intimate knowledge of this region, and my experiences of having grown-up and started my family here give me enthusiasm and a desire to make my home, your home.

When I'm not hustling for my clients, I spend my free time hiking in the summers and snowboarding at Purgatory during the winters.  I can often be found spending time with my family at the Durango Mountain Club regardless of the season.

Best known for my over-the-top willingness, I strive to help others achieve their dreams!  I bring years of experience in the finance industry with me to this new adventure in real estate at Coldwell Banker.

Self-motivated and driven to learn, I embrace every aspect of real-estate and mortgage minutia.  I work to bring a reputation of care to an often complicated array of options and have an exceptional ability to customize the various options to fit your specific needs.

My other true passion is horses. I work in an industry that rewards me for helping people realize their equestrian dreams, but my passion for all things equine started at a very young age.  I grew up riding “Western”, eventually moving to “English” and competing in dressage, show jumping and eventing.  I can help you find that perfect horse property, but more importantly I can guide you through the entire process from offer to closing.
