Gayle R. Webster

Gayle met her husband Ian right here in Durango, and they couldn’t have imagined settling anywhere else.  Although they enjoy traveling throughout the US and abroad, they love nothing more than coming home to Durango where they raise their two children and enjoy their dogs and their quintessential Durango lifestyle.  The couple got married in August 2005 at Dante’s (lodge at the top Purgatory Mountain), where they spend most of the winter seasons snowboarding.  Hiking, camping, and rafting the Animas, are among the many activities this family enjoys taking advantage of living here in sunny Durango.

Gayle bought her first home when she was just 21 and became fascinated with the Real Estate process.  Since then she has continued to invest in and restore local property, a process she and her husband have fully embraced by starting their own construction company and entering into Real Estate. Gayle began with Bobbie Carll Realty in 2006, serving as office manager- learning the business from the ground up.  She comes from a long line of honest, hard working, self-starters, and she enjoys helping her clients realize the benefits of Real Estate the way that she has. Fast forward more than a decade, and she is a formidable negotiator at Coldwell Banker Heritage House Realtors for many happy years now, AND she and Bobbie Carll are still together, as top agents committed to their client's real estate needs.
