Pat Janz

Pat Janz has been a southwest Colorado resident since 1979 and a licensed associate broker since 1981. Pat raised her family in the area and enjoyed all that the Four Corners has to offer. She has been an active member of many local activities including 4-H, La Plata and Montezuma county fairs, and supporting her grandchildren with their various activities. Pat Janz has served on many committees, including the Ethics and Professional Standards Committee and was elected to the Board of Realtors for three consecutive terms. Pat’s extensive experience includes listing and selling premiere residences, commercial properties, vacant land, condos, subdivisions, and farm and ranch properties.
