Shannon moved to Colorado from Texas in 1978 and never looked back! She has been a licensed Realtor for over 20 years and joined Coldwell Banker in 2004. Her family includes her husband, Bob, and two teenagers, Bailey & Arthur (and Daisy the dog).

Her interests include gardening, reading and golf. When time allows, she enjoys helping out with the Garden Club of Durango, Durango Friends of the Arts and her church.
