Jim has lived in Durango since 1975 and has experienced many changes.  After graduating from Fort Lewis College and earning a degree in Business Administration, Jim realized that Durango was the perfect place to raise his son and daughter.  Jim has served on the Board of Directors for the Durango Area Association of Realtors (DAAR), has been active in real estate sales in the Durango area since 1981 and has been investing in real estate for himself and his family even longer.  Jim has earned his designation from the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and has taken many real estate and investment courses over the years.  The classes have helped him establish investment strategies and techniques that have proven to be very successful for his customers, clients and his own investments.
