Max Hutcheson

Max Hutcheson is a Colorado native who has spent over nine years enjoying all that Durango has to offer. Max attended Durango High School where he had a successful basketball career that continued throughout his tenure at Fort Lewis College. He graduated from Fort Lewis in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. Upon graduation, Max immediately went to work applying his Marketing education as an outside sales representative for a Denver based company, dealing largely with new construction industries. He spent six years there further developing his business acumen, honing his marketing skills and breaking sales records. After six years in the city Max returned to his home town of Durango as a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker.

Max has been active in the Fort Lewis alumni community and has recently joined the Booster Club Board of Directors. He is also an active member of the Durango Area Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Max brings marketing expertise, professionalism and a strong work ethic from his experience in Corporate America.
