Now in my 18th year of working at Coldwell Banker Heritage House Realtors, I am announcing the start of a new Real Estate Group.  The Durango Colorado Group will consist of a team of professionals ready to handle any and all client needs. We will continue to call Coldwell Banker our home and carry the valuable national recognition that comes with the Coldwell Banker brand while keeping the convenient location at our office in historic Downtown Durango.  The Durango Colorado Group offers a full time media/marketing director, local knowledge, social media and print advertising and extensive real estate experience. In addition, our group has the background to handle residential, commercial, land, and ranch sales. We can also guide first-time Buyers through the process of getting into their first home, break down the loan process, and make the experience educational and painless.  For Sellers, we can value your property and advertise on multiple platforms and provide high end printed materials. Another feature that sets us apart is the ability to work with developers or land owners interested in subdividing land, including a start to finish road map on county regulations, codes, zoning and more. We pride ourselves on working on the specific needs of each client, excellent correspondence, and protecting the client's interests through Closing.

Daniel moved to Durango in 1985.  He is a graduate of Durango High School and an alumni of Fort Lewis College where he earned his Bachelor Degrees in both English and Art.  He began working at Coldwell Banker in 2000.
Daniel is an experienced Realtor with extensive knowledge of Durango and the surrounding areas and works with Sellers and Buyers in a range of real estate transactions from residential, commercial, land, ranches to investment properties.  He has been a consistent top producer at Coldwell Banker, works hard for his customers and has built long lasting relationships with his clients.  He has the education and knowledge to help you with any of your real estate needs.

Outside of real estate, Daniel is a Volunteer Firefighter and EMT for the Durango Fire Department.  He loves the outdoors and is an avid runner, photographer, enjoys snowboarding, hiking, going to independent movie festivals and spending time doing all of this with his wife, Heidi, and their two daughters, Adwyn and Jolie.

Daniel has lived and worked in Durango long enough to keep pace with the complexities of the real estate market in this community. He recently assisted us with the sale our family home of 40 years which we cherished because we built it ourselves. Downsizing proved to be a difficult experience. This was made even more burdensome by a series of the usual real estate situations that come up in the process of selling a home. While being supportive, he kept us focused on our goal.
