Jeremy Christensen received his Colorado Associate Broker license in 2015 and quickly distinguished himself as a hard-working, innovative and dedicated Realtor with a strong commitment to his clients. Originally from Utah, Jeremy worked in land & wildlife conservation for over a decade before moving to Colorado and pursuing a career in Real Estate.
Jeremy’s passion for Real Estate stems from his commitment to the community and the environment that brought him here, in helping others follow their dreams and achieve their goals of home ownership, community involvement and land conservation in southwest Colorado.
Jeremy is an expert on the State of Colorado tax credit programs for historic preservation, environmental remediation (Brownfields) and land conservation. He is particularly interested helping clients buy, sell and conserve properties with exceptional wildlife habitat, live-water resources, agricultural productivity, and the kinds of stunning scenic views and open space that make Colorado so special.
As a Land Protection Specialist, Jeremy has assisted Colorado landowners in claiming over $5,000,000 in Colorado state tax credits and close to $10,000,000 in Federal tax deductions for donating conservation easements on their properties, while maintaining full ownership and control of their land and legacy.
Jeremy lives in Mancos, CO with his wife Kylan, daughter Greta, and dogs Hoagie & Ruby. He’s a keen fly fisherman, river runner, boat builder and bread baker.
