Shannon moved to Colorado from Texas in 1978.  She has been a licensed Realtor for over 30 years and joined Coldwell Banker Heritage House Realtors in 2004. Her family includes her husband, Bob, son Arthur (Arthur's girlfriend, Anna), daughter Bailey and Bailey’s husband, Gary. Also included in the family is her beautiful Mini Aussie, Faith, as the loyal family dog. 

Shannon's interests include gardening, golf, camping and travel. She enjoys her long time involvement with the Garden Club of Durango. She is an active member of Christ the King Lutheran Church and is an avid supporter of the Durango Farmer’s Market & the Durango Independent Film Festival.
