Raised in the green mountains of Vermont, Megan has always been an outdoors kind of girl. She has spent the last 10 years in Florida, where she managed a waterfront restaurant and obtained her bachelors degree in Criminal Law.
After years of soaking up the sun, Megan was eager to get back into the mountains and trade in her flip flops for hiking boots; which is why Durango was the easy choice.
Years of working in the human resources and hospitality industry has refined Megans attention to detail and customer service skills ensuring that each client’s experience is stress free. Megan feels that friendships are the basis of any real estate transaction and it is why Megan caters to each clients needs and wants personally and professionally.
Loving the Durango lifestyle and all that it has to offer, in her free time, Megan enjoys hiking the mountains and running the river trail with her husband Marc and their dog, Norman.
Marc was a no-frills, move forward, get it done operator—which we loved! Marc was professional, thorough, organized, succinct, and possessed local knowledge due to his history. He facilitated everything that was within his domain for us as buyers not locally present, and in the end, went the extra mile for us. We have had nine private real estate transactions (buy & sell) across the country since 2008 and Marc was one of the best.
Mark was great to work with. He kept us ahead of the game during the sale process and was easy to communicate with. Set up a great listing that netted us two offers in the first two weeks. Highly recommended!
Marc has really gone the extra mile for us in our attempt to sell our home in Durango. Among other things, he's had to sort through drawers and boxes to find certain items that we needed, We've been living in AZ since the middle of January for health issues and he's had to take on extra chores. Never have we heard a word of complaint or frustration. Its our opinion that he deserves the highest score available!!
